November 14  |  Link Building Tools  |   Ryan Clark

I want to introduce the few of you who haven’t heard of these most amazing set of SEO tools I’ve ever got my hands on to this date. I’m going to be playing around with Raven SEO Tools this weekend and report back next monday, hopefully with the first episode of the Link Building Podcast. I’m going to be working on a new project of mine and using it as the demo website for my initial tests. I’d like to thank Matt and Jon from Sitening for getting in touch and giving me the opportunity to play around with their amazing software. Sitening, for those that don’t know, are the creators of Raven among other things. They are a very well respected Internet Marketing company as well do some very fine Web Application Development.

I have never tried ravens tools, however I have heard great things about them, I will have to try it. Another great way to find relevant, quality website to get links from, is a tool called Trackur. It is primarily meant to monitor your brand online, however I have found it to be a better link building tool. You enter a keyword that you are looking to rank for and the tool will scour the web for websites, blogs, forums, discussion boards, videos, images, and social media sites for any mention of the keyword. The tool is resonably priced for what it can do, or you can try their free trial before you buy. Hope this helps with everyone link building campaigns.

A wee expensive, no? Which package did you go for?

  3. admin says:

Well Dennis, with me in mind it isn’t that expensive at all. I got a premium package which is 100/month, but I got a couple months free to test it out and let everyone know. But for 100/month that is well worth it to me. I can do so many reports that I did by hand much easier and offer even more reporting for my clients. This is very handy in my hands :)

Thanks For Sharing this post with us . Very informative

The price has come down quite a bit now – $79/month flat fee for unlimited clients. It's matured a LOT in the last couple of months with white labelling features, analytics integration and more. I've posted a more recent review over at Squidoo: http://www.squidoo.com/raven-seo-social-media-too
