Well one tip I’ll give to you commenters is to NOT use your anchor text as your commenter name…it’s not viewed well and could end up getting you banned on Gravatr, disqus etc.

Arizona Real Estate is a huge keyword that my business would benefit from. But as you pointed out my competitors have thousands of links and I am just now building a campaign from the ground up. I have found a few good places online to build links but when doing it yourself it is a long process. I am finding a ton a good information about real estate marketing on this site. Hopefully it will help me out here in Arizona.

Yes, most of the "real estate social networking" sites are nothing but FFA spam fests. I think Sam has a point, link building is a lot harder today than it was a few years ago.
